I think if your selling these for so much you should at least take the person there and show them, not just give the co-ord's

well i think it is a scam now because he joined emc today
and i don't think someone just starting emc can make a quad grinder in his/her first day

But did he lie or is it a case that you just can't find it, the moderators do not like this -> selling grinders it has caused a lot of problems, and they don't tend to get involved do a search in the forums as I remember ICC posted about this a short wile back.

This is why I think if someone sells you a mob spawner co-ords they should take you their to confirm that it is there and they you can find it.

I find these all the time, I don't sell them as I don't think it's right if you mine in the wild you will find them eventually.
