Probably either when I was building a railway to a gold farm on utopia and I was mining obsidian. I had water flowing on it, but I was mining the block below me. I fell in to lava before the lava below me could turn in to obsidian, and the opening sealed up above me. I lost an eff 5 silk touch unbrk 3 pick, sharpness 5 looting 3 sword, about six stacks of rails, two stacks of redstone torches, and two sets of powered rails. Either that, or then I had an inventory of stone brick (building the walls of my gold farm) and I took a right turn instead of going straight, and I walked in to lava. But anyways, you have nine. No, but I have wondered, "Hey! Where's my bed go?"
