    Parents put new rule in place that I can only go on the computer on the weekends and I usually spend my very limited computer time on the weekend on csgo anyway. So that is the reason for my absence.

    Gimp is a free image editing software that can easily resize. It is a full featured package, so it might look overwhelming at first, but a really great tool with some practice!
