   I don't think there's a maximum. A friend of mine is at 2 or 3 hundred, so... I'm at 40 right now, so I'm hoping it'll come around 50 or 60.

   I believe it comes at 80, I myself am around 120. There is no maximum, except for how long you have been on the empire. So your maximum would be like 66.

   Hits at 60. I just got mine a few days ago. right now I'm wanting the voter's sword at 75. :)
