   Sounds like a driver issue. Try reinstalling the drivers for your cpu and GPU and reinstalling opengl

   Your computer is old and does not support OpenGL 3.2, so that's why you're getting the error. See https://emc.gs/t/84589 for more info.
   I have a potential solution: install Fabric via my guide at https://waffle.coffee/fabricinst, and then install GLdown as found at https://modrinth.com/mod/gldown. I'm not sure if it will actually work, but it's worth a try.
