I wasn’t sure if I should or not or if I was just exaggerating effects, but on top of my insomnia + dream flashbacks that already annoy me, I just spent two hours trying to sleep and the only thing that came of it was a flashback while I was awake - somehow even less fun than my dream ones.
Good on you for thinking about a therapist. I'm sure that will help you very much! Sending you hugs and prayers- I cannot imagine how difficult what you've been going through lately it, and here's hoping things start to get better!
