I hope you can figure it out, sleep is important :D my house has a whatsapp group with the landlord, which we can use to communicate if someone accepted a package or if music is too loud and stuff

Go to bed earlier.... :P But, in all honesty, that'd be fairly impossible for me... Perhaps just tell the people and ask if they could be a little quieter? Sometimes you don't know you're making a lot of noise, until someone tells you.

Going to bed earlier is one of the possible solutions, yes! Another, which I'm probably going to try soon, is using hearing impairment at night, and the final one is setting an alarm at 5:30 AM.

Hearing impairment is a good idea, the only issue is waking up yourself... :P And, an alarm at 5:30, how would that work?

The idea of that last option is that at 5:30, it will still be silent in the house, so I should be able to easily fall asleep again. If I've been awake at 5:30, I will likely still be relatively fast asleep around 7, while if I was last awake at around 1 AM (or whenever I wake up to go use the lavatory) I am much more likely to wake up at 7 o'clock.

Ah, interesting. I don't think 5:30 would be a good time, though, as aleep cycles take approximately 1.5 hours, and around the start and end of one you're always in a less deep sleep. Waking up at 5:30 means that you'd be in a lighter sleep at 7:00; the time at which you don't want to wake up.

Hm, could be! I could experiment with different times, of course. But for years I woke up (naturally) at 1 and 4, and I think I did sometimes sleep to 8 then, although 7 is 4 + 2 * 1.5. :P

Waking up at 1, 4 and 7 makes a lot of sense. :D

Especially considering that I'd fall asleep at a bit past 10, usually. (not anymore, now that I don't have to get up early. But maybe I should start doing that again)

    22:00, 23:30, 01:00, 02:30, 04:00, 05:30, 07:00, 08:30. :D
If you're able to get to sleep early, are able to still sleep well, and are able to do something in the morning that is at least as useful as what you would have done in the evening, then, yes I guess I would recommend to go to bed earlier. :)

Or wait 1.5 weeks and just use the current time as the new time for when we go back to wintertime. :) (23:00 will become 22:00)
