I agree. I would hope the House will, but the Senate is almost an immediate "No". We will have to elect more progressives to the Senate before that's the case.

I don't care about American politics, but I'll bet trump is gonna win 2020. Makes no sense, but mark my words, you americans are crazy, he's gonna get chosen again lol

That possibility that he might win won't stop us from fighting that, since a good portion of this country DOES NOT want that.

Weren't a large part of the states red?

That's something you outsiders need to come to understand:

Most of the central states are not as populated compared to the coast states. While yes a majority of the states are red, not many people live in those states compared to those that border the oceans.

Also the Democrats put up their worst candidate in 2016 and was still on course to win until the last few weeks. If America had proportional representation in place we'd be in out third year of Hillary-in-chief. Trump has even bled support since then.

Bernie, as long as the DNC doesn't get it's way this time, should have an easier time. All he has to do is get all the states Hillary did, then the Rust Belt, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and he should be good. So far, the rust belt love him, they didn't love Hillary because she never went there.

Biden will probably bribe and cajole his way to the DNC nomination, but at least if he gets elected President he's not a 72 year old dementia patient who's had a complete absence of basic human decency in his personality.

That's the progressive's worst nightmare. We're going to prevent that from happening because he's just another corporate democrat. He's not going to create any change, he's going to keep our same god-awful healthcare system.

I mean, when you've got Nancy Pelosi saying that there's 'only, like, four' progressives in an attempt to negate the need to listen to their demands, I'd say it's pretty likely the DNC will repeat their 2016 mistake lol

That's why the progressives exist, to make sure that this election is not the same crap that was pulled in 2016. The DNC is under a microscope, and they know it. which is why they can only pull cheap shots on Bernie, because he's nearly 100% clean on everything.
