    basically a consultent that is hired by a company to grade customer service and appearence and what not.. secret shoppers are secret because no one at the business knows who it is

    Actually, I have done 3 tours for 3 different YMCA's and 1 Sprint store. I have 5 grocery stores to check tomorrow and on Thurday I'm going to a business to do a revealed survey which means I tell them who I am and take about 60 pictures of this moving company. That one shop pays $60
