Broseph, if you vote (on one site is enough - but the more you vote the more you support EMC and the more rupees you'll get ;)) the derelict timer will reset to 7 days. :)
No idea. All I know is that my res is getting wiped in like a few hours. Thankfully, Stnywitness helped me clean the residence, so all the important stuff is gone. Currently, it is availble for anyone to destroy anything. Take what you want. Lol Thanks for the help though
