EHHHHHHH... So if my brother's annoying me I should just lock him out of the house? Or maybe, he's being annoying because my parents didn't teach him well enough, so I should lock my parents out? :P

If someone's being annoying, just ask them to stop. If they don't stop, then I'm not sure what to do, but don't do that.

Unless you're Adolf Hitler and have a completely warped perception of the root cause. Then you just need to sit in the Winchester for a pint and wait until it all blows over.

If they don't stop being annoying or they're doing it to be mean, try to ignore them. I've even had to deal with people making jokes and singing songs just to upset me and laugh at my reaction - and repeatedly.

Also, don't listen to Hitler whatsoever.

Hitler had some good animal rights laws and created many German institutions still in use tho

Well, yes, he did support animal rights, but that's almost (if not quite) the only good thing about him.

He was a horrible person other than that.

I'm no Hitler apologist but most of the things the Nazis did didn't come from him. He slept until 12PM in his house in the mountains, relaxed with his wife in his garden, signed some documents, ate, and then went back to sleep. The entire NSDAP and German electorate should be held to account and not just him.
