Or you can not marry in the first place! ;) (like my parents :D)
I've actually never been to a wedding, so I can't say much about it, but what I can say is that in the "voorjaar" (springtime?) (March - May) there are many flowers in the Netherlands, so that would appeal to you. :)
Yes. March, April, and May are spring, and I live in Tennessee. The climate here is warmer (subtropical) so there's always something in bloom, but the majority of plants bloom in the spring due to the relatively harsh temperature variations (many years approach 0F in the Winter and 100F in the summer, occasionally surpassing those amounts).
I, however, would prefer April over May or March, as May is somewhat hot and very humid, while the weather in March (when my birthday is) tends to be very unpredictable compared to the other months.
0 F to 100 F, wow. The climate here in the Netherlands is much less broad; ranging from ± -5 to 32 °C - in the summer it's almost never too hot to do stuff, nor is it in the winter. :D
True. They've said April/May will be drier and June/August hotter (unless the forecast is wrong, of course), and this Winter is being a bad one. So I'm staying indoors and worried about a drought happening later in the year.
