It's been 16 months since I started trying to do holistic healing with diet and supplements. Which has only provided small relief. I've tried many different methods of healing, and most seem to be hype for people to advertise their own products. It's unfortunate, but it's the truth. My overall condition is worse than when I left August 31 2017. I can't walk very well because of pain in my ankles and feet.
Recently on YouTube a famous person made a video about the Japanese suicide forest and has taken huge backlash. Most of his fans are children and teenagers. I thought it was important that I leave a status update because I don't want anyone thinking I took my own life. Never give up.
Lastly, I'm going to try the pharmaceutical route this year. I've been dX with ankylosing spondylitis, which I thought was brought on by toxic black mold. Regardless, I have the gene I'm likely to get the disease.Symptoms vary from individual. I have it worse than most people who have AS. I'm going to be trying biologic medicines such as Humira. Possibly antidepressants for mood and balancing chemicals in my brain.
Thank you for all your comments they made me smile! My older sister and I had a conversation last month about my health, and that I need to start trying something different because what I'm doing isn't cutting it. I'm just waiting on new insurance cards so I can go to the new doctors I choose...😊
