    There are three main reasons some people are unkind...

    1: Some people have no self-respect whatsoever.
    2: Some people have parents who are also bullies.
    3: Sometimes, people are uneducated and/or misinformed about certain things, and it's mostly some of those people that are racist, homophobic, transphobic, mentalist, etc.

    However, I do believe that no reason for being unkind is acceptable.
