I have never done skiing!
And I honestly don't expect to ever do so. I wouldn't be against it, I'd probably try, but I wouldn't do it on own initiative, so I'd have to go with other people.
My family from father's side used to do langlaufen, but I don't think the current generation is really into it anymore.
(I'm sorry if you got 3 alerts for that :P)
Went again today, was amazing again. :D I've also langlaufd two times, I believe, and that was cool too! Skiing is awesome, but probably not for everyone, and it's /really/ expensive, even if you try to do it as cheaply as possible (like we do) :/
Ah, I can imagine! My father's side of the family used to have quite the amount of money, though, as my father's mother's father (who I've still known) owned a wholesale.
