Don't worry. Even native English speakers misspell that word a lot. I have done it many times, and I have the best spelling in my school since they started recording that stuff :P
Oh don't even get me started on Dutch lol (my first language), the stuff I write/say is such bullcrap sometimes, it's terrible :P But I feel like in general Dutch is an ugh language, just so many weird stupid unlogical unneccesary useless crappy blegh annyoing stupid rules and thingys and blegh and yeah it's late
I'm trying to learn German as a second language and the grammar makes my eyes bleed. I got told that if you know English, German would be easy to learn (and vice versa) by someone who knows both languages, but so far it's the most difficult thing I've done :P
German? I like German. It's actually not that hard for me. :D But to be fair, I'm Dutch, which looks a bit like German (the words are like 9000% more easy this way), but still. Assuming you're not that far with learning it yet, feel free to send me a PM or whatever some time, if you have a question on something,
Wow Im also learning German lol. I only about to go into my second year of German but feel free to PM too if you ever need help. And @Tomvan Ive noticed a lot of similarities between German and Dutch word wise :P
There are so many lol, I can understand most of what German people say now, with to be honest not that many words actually "learned" (through a list or whatever). I'm also able to come up with stuff myself too, which I'm not able to do in French (have been learning that for a year longer, but sucking at it badly :P).
:O Das ist sicher nicht slecht, für deinem ersten Monat! Dieses (? :p) ist aber ohne Wörterbuch, doch ist est ziemlich spät hier, und habe ich keine Ahnung ob diese Deutsche satz ohne Fehler ist... Wahrscheinlich nicht :P
Ahhh, verstanden. >wanted to write a Dutch expression, but messed up :P< >tried English, messed up again :P< That's actually maybe quite a good idea, if you want to leave England (no need for long ramts about that here lol), Germany seems like quite a nice country to live in. :)
Didn't get much out of that first comment. I used a translator and German -> English translations aren't always literal, so... :P
And yeah, it does. I have/had (it's confusing atm...) a friend who lived in Karlsruhe and they had some stunning views from their bedroom window. The architecture is beautiful and she had mountains/hills slightly off into the distance.
In fact she's the one who made my mind up on where I wanted to go if I ever get to go live abroad and I started learning German so she didn't have to translate a bunch of stuff when she didn't understand some English words :P
Ich habe Deutch zuerst eine Jahr vor gespracht. Ich bin guten Note (A) bekommen. Ich werde die Abitur Nachster Dienstag nehmen und Ich habe sehr Angst. Ich habe Halb die Abitur last Woche aber das zuerst halb ist kleiner Halfte gewesen.
I hope that made sense, I used a lot of past tense and some future tense also, 90% was from memory but I admit I did look some up because i always forget pransent perfekt tense form of verbs
Actually nevermind what I said lol, but I tried :P
I think I can understand German reasonably well... I won't be getting far with speaking though, probably.
From all the languages I've looked into quite a bit (English, Dutch, Frisian, German, French, Italian) Dutch is actually the most difficult one. So many things that don't make sense...
not counting Latin and Ancient Greek here, as I've never spoken either.
I'd love to be able to speak Latin, though... perhaps I should work on that once.
I also want to be able to read Japanese, as there's still quite a lot of valuable stuff in the gaming community that's Japanese only.
Fun fact: If you know English you also know Scots and Frisian is probably easier to learn (English is descended from it). I want to learn Welsh properly and learn Cornish so I can go to Cornwall and make the Cornish happy by recognising they're not English :P
