2 weeks ago ziggo reset my account, meaning of get a complete new one. Problem: an internal error prevents them from connecting customers automatically, so... Many people complain about this on the ziggo forums :(
And yeah, it caused some /serious/ stress on my end. Also because my phone is disconnected as well. It is seriously hurting my business but... When I do get reconnected there will be hell to pay, mark my words.
