So I can see the hex for the image and not really sure what to do after that. If it is some sort of encryption, it will take a lot of guessing to figure out which one. I imagine that this is not a "try every options until you intimidate the answer into existence" type thing so there is either Something that can tell us without any doubt what the encryption is This isn't encrypted and the answer is hidden somewhere else... I personally know very little about encryption but I plan on learning it because of you The hint "look outside the FRAME" is most likely something that has a second meaning. I know what they are in HTML but I can't find any on this site so it must be some kind of riddle... Anyone else have ideas? If I am wrong about those two options and this is a "good luck trying everything" or I just don't understand encryption, could you tell us?
