Thank you Aikar, I can NOT WAIT to use whatever this is! EDIT: Just tried it out, I am impressed but it is a bit weird. People can often be talking in conversations and spam the thing out of the chat before you can do anything, the thing itself is a bit hard to read, to me, due to it mixing in with the chat. I would much like it better if it gave you access to ignore certain channels and came with a chest gui and you click items to configure it much like the /promo newplayer. EDITING THE EDIT: Also, when?
Not peaceful - but easier. This part of the settings isn't done yet though. You will always be able to change these settings /ps also brings up the chat stuff. Like if someone buys stuff from your shop - some people don't want that spam
Working on it today. I had that option in there when building it to test out having 10 different options, but it wasn't used anywhere. So I commented it out to avoid confusion until its used.
i dont know if adding mob difficulty levels is the best idea... if someone wanted to just get loot easier, they cud lower the mob difficulty settings, making it much easier to get loot, and kinda unfair... i guess that everyone cud do that, but then everyone wud just lower their difficulty level, and then the essence of fighting is ruined. and for everyone who enjoys the difficulty, if they raise the difficulty, it makes it harder for them to get loot, and then its unfair again. so everyone has to lower their difficulty level for it to be fair, and once again, the essence of fighting is ruined... maybe, the number of drops will cud be decreased at lower difficulty levels, just to make it more fair...
If a players difficulty level is lower they won't get as good of loot. If their difficulty is higher then they'll get higher loot.
Your concern is already being addressed The rare loot will be scaled to the difficulty you are on. So if you have a really low difficulty, chances are you won't be dying very much; BUT you won't be getting very much loot. Mainly the percentages will be played with.
