Jeremy told me that this maintenance is to prepare for the update (and fix the problem with utopia and smp1 preparing to reset for several days), it is not likely to implement it because of the fact that although bukkit has gotten several dev builds out. Bukkit has not fully upgraded and I don't even know the timeline for that.

    EDIT: I didn't notice that 1.3.1-R1.0 has been released.. <,<

  7. I think it's also for the team that hosts the server, so they can look into the "Sign up for free access" errors/crashes. :)
