I know that I'm willing to at least give something a shot before shutting it down. Change is necessary and we're making a change. Did we consult the community about adding survival update 2.0? No, because we didn't need to. We don't make polls for every little thing.

The survival update 2.0 was not a "little thing" it was rather big. The auction rule change affects a lot of people of the forums, clearly there should have been a poll, this would have been avoided.
Just a thing, the survival update 2.0 was something that people were told about years ago, and people were excited about it. It wasn't something that was just thrown out of the blue at people. This rule change was, and people are not enjoying it at all. It's been nearly 24 hours and already people are getting very, very angry. If everyone hated survival update 2.0 there would have been an uproar, but they didn't. These are two different changes. I'm not trying to take sides here but this doesn't make sense to me.
Not inciting public drama is a rule. You've just said you're only here because someone told you to look at the thread and you don't care about what happens to the server. That's the definition of a drama post. We don't allow players to get away with it anymore, so I'm warning you to stop.
