I've searched almost everywhere for the answer but to no avail have I found it. So let's say you purchase a supporter voucher and use it, and then claim a residence (your second; you already have one).Time goes by and it comes to the day that your supporter rank will expire. Will the second residence be cleared/unclaimed when it expires? If I have missed this somewhere I apologize.I know for a fact I won't be obtaining 2.5 million rupees to purchase a max res voucher anytime soon; that'll take quite some time.
Whatever res' you claim while you are supporter (either gold or diamond), you will keep once your supporter has expired. You will however lose all of the perks that came with the supporter.

It sure does, however if you’re not a supporter than you need to log in at least once every 30 days or vote once every 6 days. In order for your res not to go derelict. If it goes derelict than someone is able to foreclaim your res, clearing everything that is on it.
It will most definitely not. This is one of the main reasons I stuck with EMC for such a long time: the honesty when dealing with supporting.
