Because that's an important part of the tradition! Every year's got a theme. Last year, 2016/2017 was Cool Piwi, as you have seen, 2015/2016 was Lion King Piwi, and before that, 2014/2015 was Regular Piwi. :) Who knows what's in store for the coming years! (actually, I do :3)
