Im on whichever server it dumped me in originally (havent looked at which one it is) as for the name, the Henshin comes from japanese toku shows, and taco...well i like tacos. is there any place to see the meanings of the big red words that pop up on my screen? i.e. The Ground Is Shaking
Hm, I'm not sure if there's a nice overview anywhere... you can find each of the messages on the wiki pages for the respective bosses, though. The ground shakes nearby... refers to Momentus, and You sense an eerie presence... refers to Marlix.
