  2. We didn't evacuate. We are just far enough in land so we stayed home. Only damage we got was our hibisbus got blown over. Our neighbor's tree fell down. Luckily for us, we're only experiencing a tropical storm in our area now. (we live in Brevard county, about 15 miles from the barrier island)

  4. Stay safe! My camping trip at King's Mountain N/S Carolina was postponed for a year so I will just be at home watching the storm's path hoping my sisters will be fine.

  5. We made it home safe and our home is safe. Internet, power, and water all on. Lots and lots of debris. Most people I know in this county still don't have water and power.

  6. We rode out Sandy here in NJ. Thankfully no damage other than no power for 3 weeks. Good luck to those affected.
