  5. I don't think the luck buff will be a thing; luck is an enchantment of your fishing rod, not an effect that applies to the player, like haste. Therefore, Aikar has to change how fishing rods work if that's at all possible, and I honestly don't think he wants to do that, because that's a lot of work :p

  6. Luck actually is a buff, it can be acquired in creative mode only through the "Potion Of Luck"
    So having it be applied like haste would be very possible
