Honestly if he was doing it for the lulz I would imagine he might have a chance at remaining anonymous. However, its all out of spite which means he is not only going to get caught, but likely has no idea what he is doing or how bad the consequences are going to be once cavalry is on his doorstep.

Don't degrade hackers by calling this guy (or guys, probably) a hacker. This doesn't require skill. They probably downloaded [censored], entered the ip's and pushed a button. A low-level brute-force like this is literally child's play. Pathetic, actually. As its not even done with the bad excuse of making a point, this boring attention-grab will be forgotten by next week.

If u just keep connecting you will get on between his ping attacks, whats funny is usually when s broadband service notices the load u just put on it for doing that they cancel your service. So like he is going to lose internet lol
