Misc Updates - 7/3/15 & 7/13/15

  1. 8 of the players on smp1 are in town at 2012 with lag. I went to /spawn and still maintained lag. :p. MY guess is a proxy/router restart.

  4. don't want to make a new thread for small list

    Some small bug fixes just went out and somewhat new feature but not fully as intended.
    • Updated Spigot to latest just for general update-to-dateness - Reverted due to lag issues caused by the update
    • Updated our Proxy Software BungeeCord - hopefully this will improve on lag issues at end of week before bungee restarts. (Bungee is weekly, servers are nightly for restarts)
    • Added new /res message default [address/owner] command - As suggested here
      This can be used by all players, even non supporters!
