You know, over the passed few months I have feeling the same way. I started working out and eating better and it really helps me a lot. The adrenaline/endorphine rush you get from exercise is great, and you'll feel better about yourself once you start to see the slightest of results. It only takes 20 minutes per day and it helps me a lot. Give it a go. Hope you feel better soon.
sadly i cannot do that kind of thing, i eat as healthy as i can already, but i cannot exercise... now that darn cat is in my way from typing. LOL oh my goodness!
