New thread! Check it OUT! So, I started this thread to learn more about which resource packs everyone's using, since I'm interested in learning about new, awesome resource packs or texture packs! So, what texture packs/resource packs do you use?
The resource pack/texture pack I'm currently using is called Jolicraft. If your interested in it, here's some screenshots I took of what animals and some certain objects look like when viewed with the resource pack. Here is the website for the pack: http://www.jolicraft.com/ Here's what the ores look like:
This is what a normal day looks like in Minecraft with the Jolicraft texture pack! I like how the villagers look like old guys... XD
Hmm... Whenever i download resource packs it downloads it.... When i click on it it opens the mc launcher =P EDIT: Anyone able to help?
I am into a Medievil theme so I chose Craftyada as my texture pack. I love the realism of the stone and the glass is great. It gives a more natural look to the animals and crops and allows me to see a more natural pallet of colors. I found it on bukkit and I love it!!
When I used texture packs (which was when they were called texture packs ), my favourites were Faithful, Sphax PureBDCraft, Jolicraft, and countless others I've forgotten the names of over the years :/
does anyone have recommendations for a hd pack that looks realistic and is 1.8 compatible? dokucraft is not one btw
Faithful. Faithful is the best. Keeping to the sandbox design, yet removing the ugliness of Sponge, Emerald Blocks, and making it look better.
also for reference the pack im looking for should look something similar to this: http://tinyurl.com/nbvlcr9 whish is one i pieced together
If your looking for a texture pack with a blend of realstic, a cartoon twist with a mix of bright cartoon styling, RPG, and interesting textures, look no further than the Chroma Hills RPG texture pack/resource pack. Here's some images that show what its like when your using the resource pack. Here's where you can download this amazing texture pack: http://www.chromahills.com/forum/downloads.php Now, just look at this... just breathtaking, isn't it?
