Massive fires happen EVERY year in California, Just a matter of where. A couple years ago they happened in my valley.

Wow. What happened?

I remember at the end of august last year, there was a huge fire on Mount Diablo. I live near there, and many houses on my road could have been destroyed. Thankfully they weren't. This fire was also known as the Morgan Territory fire, named after the road the fire was on, which also happens to be the road I live on.

Best of luck Connor! I'm sure it'll calm down eventually. Everyone has their hopes up for you!

Update: the fire closest to me is 60% contained. But there still are 4 other fires surrounding where I live. Police and Firemen suspect that all exept one of these fires were diliberately set.
