We've got to create a new staff application, and we'll let you know when it's ready. You don't have to declare that information. It is info you should keep to yourself and you have nothing too lose if you apply. There is always a slim chance.
I think that you shouldn't put yourself down. I've done that a lot and realized it doesn't do anything but cause pain. You can do anything if you set your mind to it. Sounds cheesy but it works As for taking on the responsibilities of Mod, you could always play the game and moderate at the same time.
