Hello every body, I've recently been wanting to make something LOTR related in the wild, I'd enjoy some companions for this, because when I do it alone... I get lonely... But, it will be basically a little town until project complete, I don't know what I'm building yet, but I'll have some suggestions. Ideas. Minas Tirith would be cool, Isengard would be tons of work, and cost a ton, or we'd have to mine a ton. What would Minas Tirith be built out of? Stone brick, but that's not as white as they are in the movies...
Quartz :3 Also, Isengard could be used for iron blocks, there is a texture pack which is kind of LOTR based and iron blocks are black.
With Isengard, Orthanc would be pretty hard to make. Me and my mate started making it on a lan server and got this far... https://i.imgur.com/Z08C2VG.png So yeah, its a pretty hard build but It would look great. In my opinion Rivendell, Minas Tirith or maybe Minas Morgul might look cool. I'd build Rivendell personally though mainly cause I love elfish architecture. (We were making it in survival, I'd just go into creative to take pictures)

i'd say rivendel would be way more work than orthanc for rivendel we would have to dig a enormous, really enormous valley and orthanc should be scaled as we would never be able to do that on true scale. i refer for tower building to my res: barad-dur
If Isengard wins the votes, would the builders just be making the tower of Orthnanc, or will the areas like the giant pit/forges be included as well?
