  1. Hello,

i was eating after that i got kickt for idling but when i logt in a again i was stuck above bad rock in the nether. On the world map im above the safe zone but i cant TP my way out. can a moderator get me out of there?
  2. Well, its "Bedrock" and I have no idea how this could happen.
  3. Please contact a JustinGuy or GameKribJeremy in a private conversation they might be able to help.
  4. ...... Only 2 methods. Is just to starve to death going away from the safe zone? Or contact a mod ._.
    or an admin for help.
    This is certainly shocking.
  5. Just type "/town" :)

  6. im above the tp area so that wont work
  7. This is an ongoing EMC bug where sometimes when you log off, then log in again you appear on the top of a world.Example, you are mining underground, you log off, then an hour later you log back on you appear at the surface.

  11. Are you sure, did you try /town? I am pretty sure it will work :)
  12. no it says: town commands can only be used in town, /help town for more info

  16. This happened to me a couple days ago and I was able to /town after logging out and back in. I'm only writing this in case someone else reads this before it gets fixed.

I'm not certain (and Justin may know for sure) but I think this bug is due to a rounding error. Whenever you look at your coordinates, you'll see that they are never whole numbers but actually about 10-15 decimal places. I believe when you log out (or are kicked) that your coordinates are rounded to a set of integers. If these integers are in an occupied space, the game takes the liberty of moving you straight up to an occupiable (is that a word?) space. Incidentally, that space may be in lava, at the bottom of an ocean, or above the bedrock in the nether.
  17. i haven't done a lot of experiments, but when this bug happens to me, I'm in a 2 high tunnel and it's usually after being idle-kicked or when my adsl modem drops out. It just puts me in whatever is the next big enough space above me. If I log out cleanly in a 2 high tunnel, things seem to work ok.

Idk if that helps, but I have a couple of spots where it happens.
  18. The worst (excepting lava) is when you log back in to find yourself IN the dark-room spawner
  19. i've had that a couple of times after being afk-kicked lol and the lava one as well when my adsl modem dropped out.
