Yes,but on the hour it drops like an unlimited number, for 5 minutes.You have to sit there and hope you clicked one before the last guy did. It's annoying as hell. Even with an unlimited number and two hours of trying i still didn't get one >_< Screw it. I'll get the one tomorrow, maybe someone can breed one for me.

No, but I did see when everyone was refreshing I was about 10th to get on the page, you need to refresh about 1 second before the minute clicks
