Well, we can trade if you want, I haven't started yet giving eggs away (unless someone is in need like you were) because I'm on my way to silver trophy. Once I reach that I will too breed for gifting ^_^

Dragon Cave's rule about that is somewhat Draconian (Pun intended)..

...Sorta. If you breed specific dragons together, there's a chance you'll get another specific dragon only obtained from those two dragons bred. Otherwise, no. Read up on the wiki for more info.. At least, I think there may be something about that.

If you breed a white dragon and daydream dragon you get soul peace. That's the only one I know of.
