Switz is sorry to have not announced the expansion with the USD, and will in the future, but now considers USD a threat untill Switz mars colony has been rebuilt. Borders are now open on Switz but will remain closed on colony

Thanks I will make an agreement with USD: I will move all dark matter research projects off of Mars and Earth and will continue researh on a new space station that Switz is developing. It will be so far out that not even mars would be affected if complications arise. If any military product is created using dark matter, USD will be the first to know of it and, possibly, be the first ones to get it. I will do this on the condition that (if no other colonies arise) I can expand to 1/3 of Mars's size and are allowed to mine. (I am currently ocupying 1/8 and you are occupying about 2/5). The rest of the land is all yours.
