Everyone always was able to and can still continue to report bugs. Just do it to the appropriate people and we'll get it on the tracker. The only difference is, you can now see the progress on them.
So, to keep our tracker clean and organized, we have established a small team from the community to post issues to it from the community. These members are: AlexChance, JackBiggin, Silken_thread.
Well I believe the reason he can't have too many members besides what IcC already stated is that once he gets over a certain amount of members, it costs too much to keep the website up and running.
It just seems too much effort to have to message 4 people to get something put on the tracker, Cool idea as it is I won't find it's worth the effort to report 99% of bugs. I'll let someone else do it, not to mention, I've already forgotten who to PM.
You can also continue to message a staff member if you choose. I'm sorry you don't feel the need to report bugs, but if you want to play with them without telling us, I suppose that's up to you.
It takes just as much effort as it does to add the Moderators and Admin to a conversation and tell them about a bug you've found.
After thinking about it for a couple of minutes, I'm kind of realising how stupid and untruthful I sounded, I shall stop posting from hereon.
This is really good to avoid being victim of a bug, will check often. It's also a very nice way to keep us informed of the hard work that's behind EMC, I'm sure all of us, specially supporters, are glad to be able to see it, it will surely bring more support.

The forums can still be used to report issues, just now they can scrape the forums for me and report em, acting as a good filter. This way I can get a clean source of real potential issues, after its being "filtered", saving me time reading invalid stuff More will potentially be added, and we will eventually get a page up so its clear who to PM, but gotta slowly process that way to it. If anyone was able to post, there would be duplicates galore, and also tons of stuff that doesn't belong (ie vanilla bugs). Even these guys post a few things that doesn't really belong on our tracker, imagine if everyone was going that :/
Also, please try to reproduce and include steps as to how this bug occurs. If not, we'll try but quite possibly fail.
