Sounds complex Which means probably hard to update. The main reason I like to have our site on google sites for example is that it does not take long to get used to the basics and be able to post and edit stuff. If you feel like it why not make a new google site (or whatever you want to use) and if it works we will link / embed it.
I really hope they are. If not my post with the scary picture becomes a bit to close to the actual situation

Thinking of it posting like a daily picture will get us close to something like having a newspaper. Just crossed my mind
Guess people were busy with other stuff. After some thousand post I think I see a pattern how this community works. Announcing something and asking someone else to do it or even help without having anything done yet does usually not work. Asking if something is a good idea, starting to make it and THEN asking for others seems to work better. Emergencies like griefing attacks are different tho. PS: Same seems to be the thing for the newspaper. I bet if one person starts posting stuff daily other will want to join in
