UK Finish's new medicine witch can heal dead skin, cuts, etc being rubbed onto skin and swallowed at the same time.

France wishes to ally with the UK again on the condition that France will not go looking for fights but will fight when necessary. UK has the choice when France is in war to assist or to remain neutral.
