  1. Is it just me, or does every single super popular thread I post in really stop getting popular?
    It kinda feels like it is so...

    Anyone else feel the same?

    Edit: I'm gonna wait with posting here since if this thread gets popular my post might ruin it :p

  10. That text-colour is hard to read. Maybe that's part of the reason.

  11. A few months ago I read a book about color psychology and, yes, red is the hardest to read.

  13. Yeah I never thought of that. I use the themes with black backgrounds so I can actually read the words. When people use Red blue whatever this is and the other darker colors. I can't see it. That's why I use the color font I do. Should have thought of that since one of the rules I encountered in all my Web designing/Multimedia classes was Never use blue on black or yellow on white.

  17. Yes red is hard to read.
    Green is nice but Green_Mystery has it trademarked.
    Blue is ok but it lacks oompf
    I prefer yellow or orange because they tend to catch the eye.
    On all accounts never use black grey or light grey. These are just annoying.
    Remember if your just posting use white! Its the least offensive.

When the color you're writing is too similar to the background, reading is more difficult. red calls too much attention, it's difficult to read and gives the impression that the text is not serious. That's why the only colors I use are White (the BEST color in black/dark grey background), yellow/orange for the titles, light grey for less important texts, and 2e2e2e (dark grey) for invisible text like this :p
