  17. I know how to make a nuke. Just get a launcher that shoots some EXTREMELY rare U235 at more u235 and boom. But most uranium in nature is u238 so youll need to have isotope seperation

  20. Sure, but I, and only I, can state when this is allowed. :) Also, you can send rockets and stuff into space, as the year is right, just not colonize.
