hello i am having a problem ever since i put diamond supporter status on my account. i just get an error message saying not authenticated with mincraft.net. i did not change anything on my account. ive tried other servers other than emc and i can connect to them just fine. any help would be appreciated. thank you.
You should try completely closing your game and launcher. And then reopening it. To see if that fixes your connection issue.
Mojang has been having issue with this the past few weeks. If it happens again try reopening again as chicken instructed , or just waiting a bit and trying again
I had one successful login attempt. Now it is doing the same thing. It seems to me isolated to EMC because i can join other servers no problem.
I too, am getting this same error. Things I have tried: Logged out of the minecraft launcher, then relogged. --- This did not fix the issue. Checked hosts, as well as imhosts.sam --- There were no active domains listed. sfc /scannow --- This did not fix the issue ipconfig /flushdns --- This did not fix the issue. netsh winsock reset (then restarted the pc) --- This did not fix the issue. I'm inclined to agree with post #5, by CloroformDream, in that it appears to be related to EmpireMinecraft, as I can log into other Minecraft Servers just fine, but NOT Empire. The last time I had a chance to log into Empire was on Nov 1st. I had no issues, whatsoever with that session. Any help resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
I too had this problem however I only play on EMC so I never tried to connect to any other server. Yet the problem for me only lasted one night and I was able to connect the next day.
I was going to try again in a few days, but after reading your comment, I decided to try now... I can now log into Empire, as well. Strange, but oh well. I can get in again, so... problem solved? Thanks to everyone who commented.
