If you can catch someone stealing, take a screen shot using F2, then start a conversaation with a moderator. They'll want to see either a screenshot of the act, or of the chat log if you can get them to admit to it.

Just a reminder, but not everyone on Earth speaks English. Some people from non-English speaking countries who speak can English sometimes will have a bit of trouble with the language. Just keep that in mind since EMC is open to everyone

When people come to ask for help we come off as a bunch of jerks.

If you don't have something constructive to say to someone asking for help, just move on.
