For those who are unaware, SpaceX is preparing to launch to astronauts to the International Space Station later today at 4:33 p.m. EST. This marks the first time in nine years that any country except for Russia has carried humans to the ISS. The livestreams covering the event have already begun, with NASA and the Everyday Astronaut already beginning, and the Discovery Channel beginning in 45 minutes! Really looking forward to this launch In the event of weather, the launch will be delayed to Saturday, and if weather remains bad it will be pushed to Sunday.
Oh, that is interesting! I had seen something about it, but I thought it was 'just another shuttle launch'. I did not hear there would be humans inside it! Let's hope all goes well.
