First of all, this has been suggested many times in the past and has not been accepted. Also, the currency is called "rupees" not rubies
Player made banks aren't allowed, I think he's talking about an official bank I don't really think there's a need for a bank, personally. Sure, when I was new I was pretty much always out of money, but that's just one of the things that happens on EMC. I don't really think there's a need for a bank, personally. People can be smarter about what they do with rupees without having to stick them in a bank
