Claim Request: Name: Rama Server: SMP7 NOTE: See '[Claim] Shingwa' (To follow) Obtained a second Woodland Exploration Map. In finding the mansion I noticed another mansion on the 'Live Map' that was discovered. The path to the other mansion came directly from the South and they must have left by that same path. All other exploration of the map, besides my own, is over 10,000 blocks away. Investigating the other mansion as to not post a Claim that may intrude on another, I did not find any evidence of another player except that the mansion had already been cleared, no player made structures, chests, signs, beds, tunnels, it was all very clean. I can only assume the player collected the Totems and went to market. Any torches out of place are mine I placed while investigating. Curious, aren't we supposed to leave game generated structures in the Frontier alone unless we are claiming that part of the map? Anyway, originally I made calculations to include both mansions in on the same Claim, but it wouldn't work so I moved my original claim coordinates so as to not intrude with the other mansion and am also following this 'Claim Request' with another neighboring claim on the same Z axis that will include this abandoned mansion as stated in my Note above. A pillar of some style has been erected at strategic coordinates for both claims with [LOCKED] chests and my Head. The village merged with the Mansion Rama has a Bed and LOCKED chest atop one of the towers as well. More information will be provided in Private Message A message will be sent to Carol. First: good luck on your claim, I now know from personal experience how exciting this can be It is the more ethical thing to do, but mining in the Frontier is not forbidden. And I'm not even sure if you can actually call this mining, it's more like clearing out. But I agree: if the generated structure isn't yours and you're not going to claim things then it's better to leave things alone. Mining is best left to the Wastelands. When looking for a place to claim Aya & me also passed through a village and figured that having villagers in our new outpost could become really helpful to gain resources. So we nabbed a few (eggified) but also made sure to leave some so that if the place would get claimed someday the new owner would still have several villagers.
