So you think Justin and Jeremy/ICC (Same person mind you) sit around and play Minecraft all day and get paid by the money donators and Supporters pay? That would be ripping people off. The money from the supporters goes into running the server. I doubt they went and found a free server to host everything through. It costs money for this stuff, the Internet Fairy doesn't just drop in and give it away.

They don't do too in America because I have been like *what?* to some American news reports...
but the reporter could just be bad a English.

Sure they've been making a profit, but they also have been upgrading and adding new servers. When I started here a few months back there was only smp 1-4 and utopia. Though I find it highly unlikely that they make enough from supporters to not have to work.

they get a small profit but they use 100% of it to run the servers (and fast internet to run the servers on) and I don't care if JG and ICC get a profit they keep they DESERVE it but JG works VERY hard with sleepless nights to run this even with kids!! (btw I'm using caps for pointing words out i'm not raging :3)

when I joined there was only SMP1 and "ARENAS" the extra money they get adds new server =2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

Like i said some people either quit playing or learn to moderate their time.
Not saying anything against Secret but everyone goes about it a different way.
I personally just say to myself"i can spend 3-4 hours on my school and get a good job and support myself and after i do my school i can play Minecraft OR i can sit and play for that extra 3-4 hours and have bad grades and stuff"
I also look at it this way spend 30+ hours out of the 168 hour week studying it really isnt that much out of the week and once i get it done i dont have to worry about it so i can fully enjoy my Minecraft time.

People voted for ads on the site, so it wouldnt make sense that people would leave for something that helps support the server. We are lucky, there arent many ads on this website. Other servers websites are packed with them.

I'm very disappointed to some of you, a great member that I, myself, trusts and being criticized because he didn't return your 12 thousand "virtual" money? You know what else I think 621op is a great person, better than who you are, you know why? Because he HAS realized that Minecraft needs to be set aside and its time to put on your man shoes. This thing is called maturity, and it is obvious that only a few people in this thread has gained it. I should see more respect between EMC peers.

If your in high school you'll know how much pressure it puts on you, homework's do not take 5-10 minutes to make. They take 30 minutes or more. Also whatever you do in high school affects your future. If your not joining clubs in your school or participating in events, your college will look down on you and turn you down. I myself is in the JROTC program and it has taught me allot about maturity and respect.

As for 621op I hope you come back whenever you have tons of free time and don't ever give your stuff to anyone else unless you think they deserve it and I think SephirothWS is the right choice.
