deus vult means god wants, indeed. The god wants is also perfectly correct, as Latin doesn't have articles. god wants it could be correct, but then you're making up the it. Which is possible, as it is often omitted. god willing, however, would be deus volens instead. And so I'm not violating the rules: 75100 rupees.
