The claimed area is within 5k of spawn and 3k of other builds. Unfortunately I'm unable to establish this outpost for you
Perhaps do /map in-game you'll see where others have build and be able to determine your 3k blocks from someone else's outpost. Just some friendly advice, do /map and go explore the areas of the map that are blacked out. Might take you several hours to travel depending on what smp you go to. But it's your safest bet as to getting fresh land without fear of neighbors. Easier to get Established...
